Open positions

The Proteome Center Tuebingen currently looks for a highly motivated graduate student interested in obtaining her/his PhD in the field of quantitative proteomics. Applicants with a strong background in (bio)chemistry, molecular biology or medicine are invited to send an e-mail with one page motivation letter, CV and the names of two references to Ulrike Grammig.

We are constantly offering projects (e.g. for BSc or MSc theses) in the fields of proteomics and cell signaling to highly motivated undergraduate students with backgrounds in (bio)chemestry and molecular biology.

 

We also offer a range of topic to students of Bioinformatics at the undergraduate level. The topics include proteogenomics, quatitative analysis of dynamic posttranslational modifications and cluster analysis of protein profiles in large, label-free proteomics datasets. Interested students should have some programing skills in R and/or scripting languages (Perl, Phyton).
